Venue & Travel Info Update
I’ve updated the venue information following my recent visit.
I’ve also added details of travel options and accommodation.
Another Sponsor Confirmed
I’m please to announce that we have another sponsor on board, and that they have already provided items for the raffle.
Wayland Games supply a vast range of products online, and are the distributors for Malifaux in the UK. They have kindly provided a £50 voucher, a copy of Bayou Bash and some MDF kits.
Many thanks.
Site Visit Report
I visited the site last Friday, and was very pleased both with the venue itself and the venue staff.
The room is light and airy with a high ceiling, so noise shouldn’t be an issue. There is sufficient space for 100+ players with plenty of space between tables. We also have space for some seats by the bar, and there is also a patio area for fresh air/smoking.
Catering details are to be confirmed, but currently the idea is that it will be limited to sandwiches & snacks from the bar. I am also investigating pre-ordered (on the day) lunch bags to speed things up. As the venue is not walkable to any other catering this may be the best option for those not bringing their own lunch. I will also enquire about breakfast baps if there is sufficient interest. Expect a survey in the next few weeks.
I have updated the venue details page to reflect the above Venue Details
Second Sponsor Confirmed
We are pleased to announce that Rampage Games will be supporting the event with prizes for the raffle.
Hopefully they will also be providing a pop-up store at the venue on Saturday.

New Sponsor
We are pleased to announce our first sponsor, The Army Painter who will be supplying some prizes for the raffles.

Many thanks for the support.
Progress Made
Currently we have sold 36 tickets which is about half way to where we need to be for a viable event with some basic swag. So, with pay day approaching please consider buying your ticket ASAP.
Regarding the website I have tidied up a few bits and added a Photo Gallery to the History page. If you have any photos from previous events please get in touch as I’d love to add more.
